Hearts Plumbing Wins Another Contract for 14 Flats in Edgeware

Our latest domestic plumbing contract comes from Edgeware, Barnet. We were contracted to install heating systems, unvented cylinders, and solar water heating for 14 flats.

The focus on this project was on efficiency. Solar heating for the water means that residents can significantly decrease their energy bills, and may even be able to sell energy back to their suppliers. The flats were ideally positioned to get the most out of the panels so it was easy to add this cost-saving and ensure that the water heating is as efficient as possible.

We also installed steel, unvented hot water cylinders which are ideal for buildings with multiple bathrooms since they provide more hot water than standard combination boilers. These cylinders reduce heat losses, which means that residents can reduce their fuel bills even more.

These panels and cylinders come with parts and labour guarantees, giving the residents peace of mind and ensuring that there won’t be major disruptions to this part of their home.
